About the Role:
Therapy With Purpose LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Spanish-Speaking Therapist to join our team in Glendale, AZ. Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions in both English and Spanish
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.)
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and progress notes in compliance with state and agency standards
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate client care and referrals
- Provide culturally competent care to Spanish-speaking and Latino/Hispanic client populations
- Participate in regular clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
Requirements:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (bilingual/bicultural candidates strongly preferred)
- Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Active Arizona licensure or associate licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, LASAC, or equivalent)
- Experience working with diverse, underserved, or Spanish-speaking populations
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and trauma-informed practices
- Strong clinical documentation skills and familiarity with EHR systems
- Empathetic, culturally sensitive, and committed to client-centered care
Contract Compensation
- Master’s-level therapist: 50/50 split, with supervision provided.
- Independently licensed therapist: 60/40 split.
Splits represent the therapist’s share/practice’s share.
