Therapy with Purpose is seeking a compassionate master’s-level or independently licensed therapist with specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Join our team in helping clients process difficult experiences, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful healing.
Responsibilities
- Provide trauma-informed assessments and individualized therapy.
- Use EMDR within your training, qualifications, and scope of practice.
- Assess client readiness and support preparation, stabilization, and treatment planning.
- Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to support continuity of care.
- Maintain an active caseload of 12–15 clients per week.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related clinical field.
- Active Arizona associate-level or independent clinical license appropriate to the role.
- Completion of EMDR basic training; EMDR certification preferred.
- Experience working with trauma-related concerns.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
Contract Compensation

Master’s-level therapist: 50/50 split, with supervision provided.

Independently licensed therapist: 60/40 split.
Splits reflect the therapist’s share/practice’s share.
