Therapy with Purpose is seeking a compassionate therapist who is committed to helping clients grow, heal, and work toward meaningful change.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized therapy within your qualifications and scope of practice.
- Complete clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with providers and support staff to coordinate care.
- Maintain a weekly active caseload of at least 12–15 clients.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related clinical field.
- Appropriate active Arizona license or credential for the role.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive, client-centered care.
Contract Compensation
- Master’s-level therapist: 50/50 split, with supervision provided.
- Independently licensed therapist: 60/40 split.
Splits represent the therapist’s share/practice’s share.
